Shipping policy

All orders ship from our office in Jacksonville FL. USA. Most items are in stock ready to ship unless otherwise noted in the description. Our usual turnaround time for in stock items is 1 business day, but if there is a delay you will be notified via email. All shipping is fully insured.

The only shipping dates that are guaranteed timelines are overnight, or next day air. All other shipping times are estimates and subject to courier delays. If there are any delays from on Lit Logos side you will be contacted prior to shipping.


USA Shipping


All orders have a flat rate $5.95 shipping option for USPS First Class. You can select faster shipping option at checkout with an estimated delivery date provided. Please note: this is an estimated delivery date. We do not guarantee any delivery dates outside of Next Day Air. 

USPS is known to run into some delays around busy periods such as the holiday season. If you need a package by a specific date, we highly recommend using UPS. We do not recommend USPS during holiday periods due to these delays.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide to almost all countries! You can check discounted shipping costs and delivery estimates at checkout. International shipping may be delayed through the customs process, so please be patient. If no movement has occurred over 7 days, please contact us and we'll be happy to look into it further. 

All International orders may require import fees/duties. These fees are separate from shipping fees and are imposed by the recipient's country. The customer is fully responsible for these fees. We have no control over these fees and it must be handled directly with the shipping courier. 

If these fees are not paid, the package will either be returned to sender, or may be reported as abandoned by the courier and destroyed.

• In the event of a return to sender, we will refund the order subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable.
• In the event of an abandonment, no refund will be offered.
