Refund policy

All refund requests placed after tracking information has been provided are subject to a 15% restocking/processing fee of the full price of the logo prior to any discounts. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Uninstalled, brand new items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds requested prior to tracking being provided are not subject to any restocking fee.

All return and cancellation requests must be submitted via our “Contact Us” form or via email to Support@Lit-Logos.com. All orders may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee (8% for international orders). This fee exclusively covers the credit card processing fees that we are charged when you make an order. We do not make any money off of cancellation fees.

Titanium Badges that are made to order, listed as "Pre-Order", are not subject to cancellation or refund due to the custom nature of them. All "Pre-Order" Titanium badges will have a 4-8 week ETA as they are made and colored to order. If the tag of "Pre-Order" is not present, then the badge is in stock and the standard refund policy above applies.
